Institutionalize Knowledge Management practices/ requirements across Siemens Mobility
Establish a KM implementation model roadmap with standardized templates and tools
Identify KM practices/ requirements; internal external benchmarking prioritize top KM interventions
Measure success, recalibrate and rollout across SMO
Preparation of databases/documents/templates for specific, systematic competence analysis
Support line management with development plans of employees
Overall coordination of the introduction of competence management within the business
Coordination of qualitative and quantitative competence development needs within the business and for customer projects in internal and externally required tools or platforms
Provide regular status reports on competence management to internal management, communicate issues or nonconformances to the relevant management, respectively
