Role & responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about education loan options, including terms and repayment plans, to applicants.
• Make calls on different data segments and build strong pipelines to improve conversion rates.
• Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication with existing applicants and banks.
• Encourage them to apply for an education loan through our lending partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other SIEC products.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to build trust.
