Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Tele Caller Intern to support our sales team in driving student engagement for our overseas education programs. The intern will be responsible for calling prospective students, providing initial counseling, and encouraging attendance at our walk-in sessions and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with potential students from provided leads.
• Provide basic counseling about overseas education opportunities and our services.
• Register students for walk-in sessions and virtual events.
• Follow up with students to confirm attendance and address any queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey educational information effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
