Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Lead with 8+ years of expertise in strategizing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of designing and managing integrated campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, and email marketing. This role requires a visionary professional who can drive business growth through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize 360° digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Create integrated campaigns leveraging Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and email marketing.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and conversion metrics to refine strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to maximize results.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and email marketing.
• Expertise in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a dynamic team.
