Baazi Games - Manager - HR Business Partner (5-7 yrs)

Overview:

We at Baazigames are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to designated business units, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Description:

- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop tailored HR solutions.

- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.

- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly.

- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational change management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.

- Manage organization structures and work closely with managers to manage HC ratios.

- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Qualification:

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.

- Proven track record of successfully partnering with business units to achieve strategic goals.

Goal:

- Managing the HC Cost and org structures for the function

- Improvement in engagement score (eNPS)

- Bringing down voluntary attrition and high performer attrition

- Driving all key processes and managing data for the team

- Leading org level and COE projects
