Trainee Intern (Civil Engineer)

Project Support:
Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects.

Support senior engineers in project execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Documentation:
Prepare daily progress reports, material requisitions, and site logs.

Assist in drafting technical drawings and project documentation using CAD software.

Quality Control:
Monitor material quality and construction techniques to ensure compliance with specifications.

Conduct basic testing of construction materials on-site.

Estimation & Costing:
Assist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget management.

Support in preparing tenders, BOQs, and cost reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or similar engineering software.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
