Manager - Workshop

Siddhanth Motors, Silkboard is looking for Manager - Workshop to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling repairs, assigning work orders, and managing inventory.

• Supervise and train technicians and mechanics to ensure that work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, labor hours, and parts used.
• Ensure that the workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the workshop, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Manage and track the performance of the workshop and its employees, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
