Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Operations:

Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Ensure that work is completed efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Implement and monitor workshop processes to optimize productivity.

Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the workshop team, including technicians and support staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Customer Service:
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical advice and cost estimates for repair and maintenance jobs.
Inventory and Budget Control:
Manage inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Monitor and control workshop expenses to meet budget targets.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including job status, costs, and timelines.
Provide regular reports to senior management on workshop performance.
