Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of Primary Secondary target for the territory
• Enhance Distribution network, by focusing on distribution
• Enhance visibility of products
• Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Implement Launch plan for new products; Focus on Key brands
• Organize and plan the market working for self and DS
• Identify Sourcing and Training of DS and develop a strong DS talent pool
• Furnish reports related to market workings and sales
• Ensure Distributor claims process completion on time.
• Team Handling
• Distributer Management
• Retail Sales, Channel Sales
• Order processing, tracking, and delivery
