Role & responsibilities

• Managing orders by following up with customers and franchisees and ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
• Coordinating dispatches with plants, finance, and sales teams for seamless order delivery.
• Handling customer calls, processing orders, and following up on payments.
• Updating SAP systems, creating master data, and conducting periodic reviews.
• Preparing pricing details, updating credit control, and sending price letters to customers.
• Calculating commissions, discounts, residuals, and raising debit/credit notes as required.
• Addressing customer and franchisee complaints, providing necessary solutions, and reporting issues on the company portal.
• Managing and resolving sales-related inquiries and updating query data to ensure timely closure.
• Maintaining data management systems and creating monthly performance reports.
• Performing account reconciliation and cylinder reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Managing the full and final (F&F) process for closed customers and franchisees.
• Renewing bank guarantees, licenses, and agreements, and following up as necessary.
• Processing new agreements and maintaining custody of important documents.
• Coordinating with other departments to deliver smooth and effective customer service.
• Assisting with TDS/TCS calculations, audit documentation, and system automation during implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management roles.
• Proficient in English and Telugu, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Proficient in SAP for order management, pricing updates, and data maintenance.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and handling order follow-ups and payment reconciliations
• Knowledge of TDS/TCS calculations, account reconciliation, and familiarity with audit documentation
