LPG Plant Incharge@Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee all Filling Plant operations, including production, maintenance, personnel, administration, safety, customer service, and commercial activities.
• Plan production schedules based on sales forecasts and coordinate bulk LPG requirements with logistics teams.
• Monitor plant performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Approve plant-related bills within budget and ensure effective financial management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards across the plant.
• Manage stock/inventory control, monitor gas gains/losses, and report abnormal gas returns.
• Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively, including staff motivation, team building, and conducting training programs.
• Supervise cylinder transportation to ensure timely delivery and maintain cylinder health for related markets.
• Act as the Safety Head of the plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and incident-free operations.
• Address customer service issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels and improve plant reputation.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Systems or related engineering background
2. Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years as a Plant Head in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Alternatively, 5+ years as a Plant Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Should able to speak regional language Tamil
