Technician /Operator

The Candidate should possess expertise in filling shed operations, carousel maintenance, and practical experience with electrical components, including welding procedure, TT Gantry, LPG Pump House, MCC DG, Safety, and other plant maintenance, as may be specified.- Responsibilities:

Filling Line Operations:
Possess expertise in all aspects of filling shed operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Operate and maintain filling equipment, following established procedures and safety protocols.
Monitor filling line performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and production targets.
Carousel Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on carousel systems to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve carousel malfunctions effectively.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks to identify and address minor issues before they escalate.
Plant Maintenance:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various plant equipment, including electrical components, welding procedures, TT Gantry, LPG Pump House, and MCC DG.
Conduct preventative maintenance activities on a variety of plant equipment to ensure smooth operation and safety.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs or coordinating with external vendors for major repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the plant environment.
