Job Description

Quantity Surveying- Extract quantity from drawings and review them.
Billing- Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from the site. Preparing consolidated bills of quantities for projects.
Cost Analysis- Prepare cost estimates and track deviation.
Rate Analysis- Conducting rate analysis of civil activities and estimating construction projects.
Store Reconciliation- Material reconciliation with actual progress.
Resource planning Scheduling- Preparing and tracking
Reports-To check quality reports/track progress/timelines/schedules.

Key Skills Needed

BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 3+ years experience in residential building projects.
Should have working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings
Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD for calculation purposes
