Job Description
- Creating detailed working drawings and submission drawings for all projects.
- Be a part of all design meetings and prepare MOM for the same.
- Co-ordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Co-relate all MEP and Structure drawings for any discrepancies with the architectural drawings before issuing to the site.
- Creating and Maintaining all site documentation and coordination documents.
- Visiting the site regularly and improvising the design based on site inputs.
- Ensuring compliance of GFC drawings at site.
- Bachelor in Architecture from a reputed institute.
- Knowledge of Auto-cad and Revit.
- Well conversant with building architecture drawings.
- Innovative thinking for the building design.
- Coordination skills with the external consultants.
- Knowledge of building Bye - laws and Building codes.
- Ability to make BOQs will be added advantage.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
