SENIOR MANAGER - CREDIT POLICY AND RISK CONTROL
General
Business and Risk
i. Closely interact with credit underwriting, fraud control and collections teams to assess feedback for credit policy
ii. Review loans as per credit deviation matrix
iii. Monitor the changing environment and adapt the companys products to the same which keeping in mind the inherent risks in the portfolio and the companys risk appetite.
iv. Interact with the broad market players to analyse and internalise emerging risks in the marketplace.
v. Monitor portfolio performance by segments and vintages and incorporate learning into credit policy.
i. Identify potential risk events that may affect the company.
ii. Conceptualise and implement the framework to manage these risks based on the organisations risk appetite.
iii. Set the right risk ownership framework within the organisation.
iv. Review current ORM mechanism in the company
v. Develop Resilience framework against the RBI requirement and recommend enhancement to existing processes / control
i. Maintain updated business credit policy and risk manual including:
i. Custodian of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) Policy
ii. Engage with relevant stakeholders and business units to recommend necessary amendments to this ICAAP Policy.
iii. Maintain all documentation supporting the ICAAP.
iv. Identification and assessment of all inherent and material risks and devising appropriate methodologies for measurement of risks considering the nature, size, and complexity of Company’s operations, to measure the risk capital.
v. Responsible for developing the methodology for the assessment of Pillar II risks.
