Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Coordinator -Backend Operations with expertise in Tally and MS Excel to manage day-to-day operations, financial transactions, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational records, ensuring operational efficiency, and optimizing processes to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record Management

Manage operational records, and reconciliations using MS Excel, Google Sheets and TallyERP.

2. Data Management & Reporting

Use MS Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Create reports, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, etc. for data analysis.
Identify process improvements through data insights and automation.

3. Inventory & Procurement Management

Track inventory levels, stock movements, and procurement activities.

4. Operations & Process Optimization

Streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure company operations align with process requirements.
Assist in audits, internal controls, and financial risk assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

MS Excel (Advanced) Strong command over formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, and automation (macros preferred).

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Knowledge of record entry

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proactive approach to process improvements.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, accounting, or financial management.
Prior experience in a similar role with Tally & MS Excel proficiency is highly preferred.

Work Type: Full-time (On-site/Hybrid/Remote).
