Job Description
Position: Senior Executive (Payroll, Compliance Operations)
Reporting to: HR Manager
Location: Noida
Company - Loans4wish Finacial Services (A unit of Myzeon Ventures Pvt. Ltd.)
Job Responsibility:
Tracking Managing day to day HR Operational work.
Attendance Leave Management.
Joining and Onboarding formalities.
Exit Formalities.
Independently Processing Payroll of Inhouse Employees and Meeting set deadlines in payment of error-free salaries.
Ensuring timely collection of monthly attendance inputs for processing Payroll in time, also
preparing Salary and related deduction statements like PF, ESIC, PT TDS.
Timely submission of contribution challans and completion of compliance like TDS, PF, ESI,
Professional Tax LWF. Processing all Salary related reimbursements as per Salary structure.
Responsible for checking to validate all documents submitted by Employees related to Statutory
requirements including the correctness of Investment proofs and other related documents.
Providing timely resolutions of Employees payroll reimbursements-related queries and advising
employees on personal tax and investment planning as desired.
Responsible for annual Salary actuarial valuation to establish Gratuity, Bonus Leave Encashment,
and Other Liabilities.
Responsible for all Payroll related Audit activities. knowledge of Labour and other employment related laws.
Timely issue of Form-16 to employees and TDS certificates to vendors.
knowledge of the Indian Income-tax Act and statutory laws in regards to Indian Payroll. ITR filing,
Tax Notice reply attending to Tax Assessment added advantage.
Provident Fund withdrawal and Transfer procedures and also addressing the issues related to
employee Provident fund and Complete Knowledge of ESIC Procedure
Key Areas:
Hands of HRMS (GreytHR or any)
End to End Payroll Processing
Knowledge of payroll related compliances (TDS, PT, PF LWF-Monthly yearly payment, TDS return form 16 issuance)
Knowledge of PF compliances, return filing under shops establishment
Payroll Vendor Management
MIS report generation
Full Final Processing/Closures
Knowledge of Tax Regime/Slabs etc
Maintenance of Compliance related paperwork
