Job Description
Job Title : General Manager - Fraud Control & Investigation
Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / Lawyer
Experience: 15+ years, Retired IPS/ State Police Officers/ Lawyer
Location: Corporate Office (Jaipur)
Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled professional for the role of GM - Fraud Control & Investigation. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Fraud Control and Investigation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead investigations into suspected fraudulent cases, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- To develop and execute effective strategies and policies to prevent fraudulent activities.
- To develop and maintain productive relationships with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- To analyze data and trends to proactively identify potential fraud risks.
- To create and deliver training and awareness programs on fraud prevention.
About You
- In-depth understanding of fraud prevention strategies and techniques.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong computer knowledge ?? Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft office tools.
- Willingness to travel.
