Job Description
- Managing group level MIS with in-depth bifurcation using various codification to identify the channels
- Must have knowledge of MF jargons & terminologies & should be a pro at using & spooling various MIS from MF desk
- Co-coordinating with Sales Team with regards to Investment transactions
- Update sales MIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Calculating various sales incentives on a fortnightly & monthly basis & sharing it with the sales team
- Tracking various MFDs group MIS w.r.t. their monthly sales movement, empanelment & progress & feed the data to the Sales team
- Maintaining accurate MFD s & Broker s database with mapping with sales channels
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to facilitate data interpretation
- Follow-up with MFD s for pending documents, addressing on brokerage & empanelment related queries etc.,
- Coordinating with CAMS for brokerage processing & related queries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements are met with respect to data management
- Maintaining sales MIS, day to day transaction reports
