Lubrication Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Promotion:
• Actively promote Klüber Lubricants and OKS Sprays to industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits and applications.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate lubrication solutions tailored to their needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, and food processing.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in industrial lubrication, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), or related fields.
• Experience working with high-end lubrication products or industrial consumables is a plus.
• Education:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of lubrication systems and industrial machinery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Attributes:
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
