Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the apparel retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our apparel brand and drive traffic to our stores and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
• Foster relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 year of experience in marketing within the apparel retail industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software.
• Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and retail.
