Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for selling educational products, tutorials, and internship programs to colleges, universities, and institutes.
• Build and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product and service presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including college administrators, placement officers, and institute management teams.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, understand competition, and analyze customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tailor solutions to align with market demand.
• Work closely with colleges and institutes to promote internship roles and educational tutorials to their students.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and progress reports.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, challenges, and potential opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in selling educational products, tutorials, or internship programs.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Knowledge of educational products, internship programs, and their value propositions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
