Role & responsibilities

• The role of a Junior HR Executive is pivotal in supporting HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Handle employee Onboarding and orientation programs.
• Support HR Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.
• Assist in Data Mapping, creation of PPT and HR Metrics.
• Role involves close coordination and working with external vendors for payroll and manpower management.
• Actively execute Employee Engagement initiatives and events.

Enthusiastic freshers with working knowledge of excel and PPT
