Executive/Sr Executive - Human Resources

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Recruitment & Selection).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations concepts.
