HR Manager Leading Chemical Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:
   
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR matters.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
   
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and manage effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated.
3. Employee Relations:
   
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
4. Performance Management:
   
• Implement performance management systems and processes.
• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
   
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
6. Compliance and Recordkeeping:
   
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
7. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
8. HR Policies and Procedures:
   
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Communicate and enforce policies effectively throughout the organization.
9. Health and Safety:
• Oversee health and safety programs and ensure a safe working environment.
• Address and manage workplace health and safety issues.
