Job Description

Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and improving the customer experience across all touchpoints, fostering loyalty, and driving customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strategies to enhance customer retention, building lasting relationships, and identifying areas to improve service standards. The CRM also coordinates with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure the customer journey is smooth and valuable. He/she need to be proficient with analytical CRM systems like HubSpot and Zoho Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Retention:
    • Develop and implement customer engagement programs to increase loyalty and retention.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to improve customer service.
  2. Relationship Building:
    • Build strong relationships with key customers and manage long-term customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers and proactively address their needs.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and improvement areas.
    • Generate reports on customer retention, satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness for senior management.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align on customer strategies and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
    • Coordinate CRM initiatives with digital marketing efforts, such as email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing.
  5. CRM System Management:
    • Maintain and optimize CRM software to track customer interactions and analyze customer data.
    • Ensure CRM data integrity and consistency by regularly updating customer information.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to derive actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs proactively and effectively.
