Subject Matter Expert - IP & Cloud

Position: Subject Matter Expert IP & CloudExperience:

• 7-10 years in IP networking, with a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years in IP routing technologies; 3+ years in Linux servers/virtualized networks in datacentres.
• Preferred: certifications like SRA, CCIE, JNCIE, OpenStack.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot IP and cloud infrastructures.
• Hands-on with IP/MPLS protocols, L2/L3 VPNs, virtualization, and modern Linux OS.
• Network design and migration in operator/vendor environments.
• Collaborate with customers, post-sales engineers, and product teams to develop and execute complex solutions.
• Lead RCA, system-level tracing, and issue resolution during critical outages.
• Document and share learnings, white papers, and best practices.

Skills:

• Technical: Expertise in routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, EVPN, virtualization, and SDN/NFV.
• Other: Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment:

• Engage with regional teams and customers to validate and execute designs.
• Troubleshoot complex scenarios and replicate customer environments for resolution.
• Drive technical activities during early product phases and upgrades.
