Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys customer base.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and markets for vacuum pumps and systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers.

  • Lead Generation and Follow-up:
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry networks, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential customers and provide timely follow-up.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate quotations and proposals.

  • Market Research
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies based on market trends.

  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.

  • After-Sales Support:
  • Coordinate with the customer support and technical teams to resolve any post-sales issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.

Preferred candidate profile

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This role requires an individual who is highly motivated, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about sales. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of industrial products and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
