Senior manager Finishing

Overview of the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for Hotel finishing and ensuring timely handover of Project.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Planning Interior/fit out.
• Supervise the work of labors and guide them when needed.
• Ensuring quality as per the specifications.
• Coordination with the Interior consultants/vendors.
• Coordination with Architect & MEP staff for fit out related matters.
• Ensuing timely finishes & handover of Apartment

Qualification and Experience

Bachelors in civil engineering with 8-15 yrs of experience in finishing luxury Hotels.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in convention Centre project or 5 star hotel project in similar profile
