1. Preparing Master schedule for projects

2. Preparing Week work schedule from head office

3. Mobilising manpower , materials and all supporting documents and informations for executing the weeks works at site from office

4. Coordinating with QS and Purchase team for mobilising weeks work

5. Addressing all site realted issues from Head office

6. Updating daily works happened to management

7. Updating master schedule at various stages

8. Tracking and executing site with project coodinator

9. Coordinating with site team for weekly site inputs

10. Proving week site input file to QS team for Job Cost Report

11. Preparing daily and weekly project reports for clients
