Qualifications:

- Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, HR Policy Implementation skills

- Payroll and Benefits Management skills

- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills

- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
