Job Description
- Data Management: Enter, update, and manage data in internal systems
- Document Management: Maintain, file, and organize both physical and digital documents.
- Report Preparation: Generate and assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
- Customer Support: Assist the front office or customer service team by handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, update stock records, and coordinate when necessary.
- File & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with company policies by maintaining accurate and organized files, both digital and physical.
- Data Analysis: Review data for accuracy and prepare summaries for review by management.
- Office Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and supporting other departments when required.
- Education: A minimum of Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or business management are a plus.
- Experience: Min. experience of 1-2 years in a back-office role or administrative support is desirable but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle data accurately, maintain organized records, and ensure error-free processing.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.
