𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
♦ Providing required Assistance in Efficient Running of AMC Groups Business. Key areas for Departmental Co-ordination: Quote Management, Order Management, Operation Management, Billing and Collection Management, Inventory Management
♦ Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings and other strategic meetings to prepare MOMs, take notes, action points and appraise Managing Director about synopsis of such meetings.
♦ Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible highlight and prioritize those that need MD attention.
♦ Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and with Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
♦ Working with Group’s executive level staffs for getting necessary work done and collecting daily/weekly/monthly reports as per their Job KRA.
♦ Preparing MIS reports formats/ Presentation formats and Coordinate with team to submit reports in such formats for enabling management to carry out on time review of the Business module.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
✔ 5+ years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant
✔ MIS Creation and Presentation expertise are a must
✔ Advanced Knowledge of MS office -Word, XLS, PPT
✔ Good communication & Excellent time management skills
✔ Good business commercial acumen and Strong analytical skills
