Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating new business leads within the B2B space, specifically targeting QA testing services. As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of QA testing and the ability to engage decision-makers, you will drive business growth and contribute to the success of our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients who require QA testing services. Utilize multiple lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target markets, and potential clients. Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine lead generation strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our QA testing services. Engage with leads to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure they are a good fit.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel, ultimately fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and the overall effectiveness of lead generation strategies. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate, up-to-date lead information.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns. Develop engaging content and messaging to attract potential clients and spark interest in our QA testing services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the B2B sector and in the QA testing or software industry. Experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on client engagement through in-person meetings.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of QA testing services and the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in BE/B.Tech is mandatory. A Masters degree in business or marketing is highly preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work independently while being a valuable contributor to a collaborative team environment.
