Sales Service Engineer

Installation and commissioning of the machines used in plastic and textile industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the plastic and textile markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
Technical Support & Service:
Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, including product demonstrations and answering technical queries.
Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of machines used in the plastic and textile industry.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine operation and maintenance.
Provide technical training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits as scheduled.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Technical Documentation:
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
