Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer – International Business is responsible for exploring new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales growth in global markets. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, knowledge of export regulations and international trade policies, and strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell equipment and process solutions to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to offer customized solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, sales presentations, and commercial offers.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and documentation.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Provide regular updates to the management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or related field. MBA in International Business is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years in international sales of industrial equipment or process solutions.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of drying, evaporation, and ZLD technologies is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
