1. Tracking of Budget vs actual Cost incurred during each package award

2. To achieve target constrcution construction value in every financial year compliance with following detail.

3. Follow up with the consultants & other concerned stakeholders for obtaining BOQ to initiate Tendering.

4. Negotiation & finalization of all contract packages as per SOP, project timeline & within Budget 5. Tracking & Monitoring the WO Pending List and act accordingly

6. Proposal of value engineering during contract award

7. Exploring new construction methodology & materials

8. Pre-qualification of new vendors & continuous development of vendor data base

9. Creation of clear data base of vendors

10. Review of Free Issue Materials Reconcilation Statement as receievd from Site Team

11. Review Meeting with the Major Contarctors periodically

12. Performance Evaluation of the major contractors on quarterly basis & communicate the data to all the stakeholders as well as to the vendors 5 Innovation & Colllboration
