• Mandatory field Real Estate Sales.

• Graduate in any stream.

Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate ( Jamshedpur)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Leadership:
   
• Lead and supervise a team of sales agents or representatives.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new and existing sales personnel.
• Motivate and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Sales Strategy & Planning:
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach.
• Create sales forecasts and plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunities

• Customer Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and terms with buyers and sellers
  

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report on sales performance, revenue, and market conditions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and forecasts for upper management.
• Analyze data to improve sales processes and identify opportunities for growth.
• Compliance & Market Knowledge:
  
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with local regulations, real estate laws, and company policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, legal changes, and new technologies that may impact sales.
