Role & responsibilities

1. Providing support towards market rates/awarded value during preparation of Budget

2. Contract Award Process & Monitoring of Balance to Award

3. Exploring new construction methodology & materials

4. Pre-qualification of new contractors & continuous development of vendor data base

5. Creation of clear data base of vendors (at least 4 vendors for each item)

6. Review of Free Issue Materials Reconciliation Statement as received from Site Team

7. Review Meeting with the Major Contractors periodically

8. Improve on cross functional involvement of team members

9. Manage and improve vendor collaborations.

10. Performance Evaluation of the major contractors on quarterly basis & communicate the data to all the stakeholders as well as to the vendors
