Planning Manager

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager (Planning) will play a critical role in managing project planning, costs, and budgets for real estate projects at Shrachi Realty. The Planning Manager will provide accurate quantity and cost estimation support. Additionally, the Planning Manager will assist the Contracts & Procurement teams as needed for cost-related assessments, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1) Budget & Cost Management:

• Prepare and maintain detailed budget estimates for projects to ensure project & financial planning accuracy.
• Monitor ongoing project costs and conduct regular cost-to-complete assessments to align with budget forecasts.
• Implement cost control measures to manage and mitigate budget overruns, ensuring adherence to approved project plans.

2) Quantity & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare accurate quantity & cost estimates for BOQ & BOM preparation and incorporation in ERP.
• Assist in drafting or revising BOQ technical specifications as required.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings per project requirements or updated designs.

3) Support for Contracts & Procurement:

• Provide timely quantity and cost inputs to support contract negotiations and procurement decisions.
• Collaborate on material (free issue) reconciliation and prepare monthly reconciliation reports in coordination with the site to inform procurement planning.

4) Coordination and Documentation:

• Coordinate across departments to align project objectives with quantities, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including contracts, payments, and cost estimates.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
