Job Description
- Seller Interaction: Engage with sellers to gather necessary data, documents, and details from a defined checklist.
- Storefront Creation: Enter required details into our platform and create the seller s online storefront.
- Review Go Live: Ensure that the storefront is reviewed by the seller and make it live on the platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to resolve challenges and collect additional data as needed.
Throughout this process, you will hone your skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving.
What Will You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC, start-up, or reputable organization in sales or client onboarding.
- Education: Graduate or post-graduate qualifications.
- Seller/Customer Interaction: Prior experience interacting with sellers or customers, particularly in B2B or B2C environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
- Planning Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical Presentation Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and addressing their needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solution-oriented Approach: Ability to understand business needs and offer effective solutions.
