Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced Facade Design Engineers at Gsource Technologies. As a Facade Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating shop drawings, schematic drawings, and detailing drawings of facades and building enclosures. Experience working on US projects is a must. Gsource works as a design-assist at various phases of facade/building enclosure projects, providing support to architects, general contractors, and manufacturers.
Requirements
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering,Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2. 2-4 years of experience in facade design,including creating shop drawings, schematic drawings, and detailing drawings.
3. Experience working on US projects and knowledge of US building codes and regulations.
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or other relevant software for facade design.
5. Knowledge of various facade systems,materials, and construction techniques.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10.Experience with design-assist services for facade/building enclosure projects is a must.
