We are looking for a Sales Manager who has hard core sales experience in Data Center technologies including Server, storage, virtualization, networking, backup and HCI with minimum 5 to 7 Yrs of relevant work experience preferably a male Candidate. Candidate must have experience to manage the huge set of customers as well as should hunt new customers.
Products Knowledge, Storage, servers, VMware, Vitalization, Firewall , Cloud of OEM Cisco IBM/HP/Dell/VMware/Nutanix
Managing Exiting Customers
Responsible to drive deals from opportunity, identification, validation, qualification to closing the Deal - Present the value of company's solutions to all levels of customer's management and drive services sales.
Participate and team up with technical, presales and "Partner specialists" to provide complete solutions to customers
Candidate should have a good conceptual knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (Server/ Storage/ Network/ Cloud/ Middleware etc. & IT Service Management)
Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts, and have the capability to translate the customer business issues into requirements
Candidate must have deep connected with partner ecosystem in the region
Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Hunting new customers
Cold calling,/ Visiting customer by taking appointment
Identifying requirements
Building up relationship with customer
Preparing Quotes as per customer requirement. This includes communication with vendor for prices & correct BOM.
Negotiations & closing the sale.
Ensuring Installation/Implementation is done as per customer requirement
Ensuring Invoice is sent to Customer, Payment follows up.
Skills Required
Good communication Skill (English)
Comprehending and proper articulation skills
High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must
Pre-Sales Manager
LOCATION Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE To work with the sales team and provide techno commercial solutions to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working with Sales Team to develop and implement specific produce account specific solutions
Presenting the design and value of proposed solution to customers and prospects
Anticipating technology and/or market trends and provides guidance on their application to external customers and feedback of business requirements back into General Technologies.
Successfully building relationships with sales team members, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, and personnel as appropriate.
Qualifying sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements
Conducting demonstrations of various technology products to medium/large audiences using customized configurations targeting specific customer requirements.
Articulating the value proposition of products and concepts being presented/demonstrated and map the customer business requirements to products and concepts.
Work with technology vendors to understand new concepts and use them for solutions
Work with customers and General Technologists sales team to help customer create business case, ROI, justification, etc.
Work with operations and engineering in evaluating new technologies
Work with sales team in building RFP and tender process to address technical part of the tender.
Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure
Should able to conduct Product POCs (Proof of Concept) to customers
Should be able to prepare the B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customer
Should be able to analyses the existing RFPs/RFQs which are part of a tender
Provide Technical compliance and competitive analysis of products that are part of the solution.
Should be ready to work for extended hours in critical situations (on-demand)
Need to attend all the mandatory technical trainings
Able to demonstrate new technologies & train internal staff/customers
Should be able to identify key customer technical objections & resolve technical gaps much in advance.
Travel to customer sites and conferences as required & depending on the situation
QUALIFICATION Degree (Computer Hardware and Software)
EXPERIENCE 3+ Years
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a pre-sales Executive.
COMPETENCIES Must have 3+ years of experience of working on turnkey System Integration Bids across Government & Corporate accounts.
Certifications in Virtualization, Back Up Automation, Servers & Storage ,Cyber Security, End to End Securities, New Gen Firewall, Consolidation.
Hands-On experience of Hypervisors like VMware & HyperV; Backup tools like Veritas & Commvault; Storage Appliances like IBM, Dell EMC & NetAPP; Servers like IBM Power & Dell EMC.
Should have extreme passion for Technology
Should be a quick learner & should have the ability to adapt new technical skills.
