1. Technical Expertise :

Datacenter Technologies :

- Deep knowledge of core datacenter technologies, including Servers, Storage VMware, Nutanix, Commvault/Veeam/Dell DPS , and Checkpoint/ Fortinet along with Windows Server

Cloud Integration :

- Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, and how on-premise datacenter solutions integrate with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) :

- Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix).

Data Management and Protection :

- Proficiency in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam).

Network Security :

- Strong understanding of network security, especially with technologies like Fortinet & Checkpoint.

Infrastructure Design :

- Ability to design and architect datacenter solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

2. Leadership and Team Management :

Team Leadership :

- Proven experience in leading technical teams, including engineers, and project managers.

Talent Development :

- Focus on mentoring and developing team members, providing opportunities for growth and certification in relevant technologies.

Resource Management :

- Skills in resource planning, allocation, and optimization to ensure project success.

Performance Management :

- Experience in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and managing team dynamics.

3. Project Management :

Project Oversight :

- Expertise in managing datacenter projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Methodologies :

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) would be very beneficial to the role
