Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the MEP sector.
• Analyze market demands and customer needs to tailor business development strategies accordingly.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Initiate and manage the prospecting process to identify and qualify potential clients for MEP projects.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our MEP services.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
4. Proposal Development:
• Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with the technical capabilities and standards of our MEP services.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for MEP projects and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the MEP industry.
6. Contract Negotiation:
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with engineering, project management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
