Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Supervisor with expertise in LED technology, logistics management, and client relations. This role will oversee audio-visual projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless installations and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs for event LED requirements and recommend improvements.

Discuss requirements with clients and propose tailored solutions.

Responsible for end to end on site event execution.

Safeguard inventory and related materials from damage.

Maintain regular client communication and foster strong relationships.

Proactively explore further business opportunities with existing clients.

Understand LED technicalities such as pixel pitch, resolution, and dimensions.

Coordinate logistics for equipment transport and installation.

Travel to various cities for project deployment as needed.

Ready to work in a 24/7 working Environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in Event management within the Event Management industry.

Strong mathematical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
