Inside Sales
Position
Purpose of the Job:
The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to identify potential
customers, pitching calling penetrating in the Market, KPC Clients Lead generation, PO
conversion across all markets provide direct support to the Sales/ BD representative in the
ongoing
Roles and Responsibility:
ï• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs
ï• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social
media
ï• Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and
existing customers
ï• Onboarding new accounts
ï• Act as an ambassador of Shiv Shakti and fully embrace the company values.
ï• Create large opportunity leads and actively follow-up quotations with the aim of
improving numbers and conversion rates
ï• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
ï• Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data
ï• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable
negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to
their managers
ï• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects
and share with internal team to achieve better results
ï• Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
ï• Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team
ï• Active use of Salesforce for sales case monitoring and to maintain customer
information by entering database
Education: B.E Mechanical/ Chemical/ BSC/ Diploma
Experience: 2 to 3 yearsâ experience inside sales, preferred from same industry
Key Skills: Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business
related knowledge
â Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
â Self-motivated with a result driven approach Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
