Position: Senior Executive Operations & MIS

*The position title is indicative. Final position will be offered based on interview evaluation.

Job Description:

1. Maintain Data, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the department using data analytics tools.

2. Internship Program Management and Students Connect: handle and coordinate students internships.

3. Handle and maintain documentation with students related to various aspects.

4. Prepare documents and reports for various ranking bodies like NAAC /NIRF etc.

5. Actively participate and coordinate annual audits.

6. Organize and coordinate Industry visits end to end and submit report after every visit.

7. Handle department events and coordinate with the various internal and external stakeholders as required.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all vendors’ activities.

9. Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualification and Skills:

1. Graduation in any discipline
2. 5- 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Proficient in MS Excel, preparing dashboard and PowerPoint presentation.
4. Excellent communication skills & well versed with MS-Office.
5. Flair of research and learn new things
6. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
7. Should have the capability to take ownership and deliver results.
8. Knowledge of Data visualisation/presentation tool is required.
