- We are expanding our enterprise sales and partnerships team and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth in this space.
Role Overview:
- As a Business Development Representative (Enterprise Sales/Partnerships) at Shiprocket Quick, you will play a key role in driving our enterprise sales strategy and building strategic partnerships with large businesses.
- You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new enterprise clients who require hyperlocal logistics solutions and expanding relationships with existing partners.
- You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of clients and provide them with tailored logistics solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new enterprise clients that can benefit from Shiprocket Quick's hyperlocal logistics platform.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Present Shiprocket Quick's logistics solutions to enterprise clients, demonstrating how our platform can meet their delivery needs and streamline their operations.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and customer success) to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets for enterprise accounts.
- Represent Shiprocket Quick at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand our brand presence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or tech-based platforms.
- Proven track record of success in selling enterprise solutions and securing large-scale partnerships.
- Strong understanding of hyperlocal logistics, last-mile delivery, or the logistics ecosystem is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
