HR Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and overall workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, assist managers in setting goals, and address performance issues as needed.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, manage benefits administration, and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
• HR Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the companys objectives and business goals.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics, generate reports on employee data, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification a plus).
• years of experience in HR, with at least [Y] years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
